-Navigli: Canal district of Milan. Many bars for aperitivo and restaurants. Metro: M2-Porta Genova
-Darsena: Old dock of the city. Nice in summer time to drink something. Metro: M2-Porta Genova
-Via Torino/Ticinese/Colonne di San Lorenzo: Shops and vintage area. Colonne is nice at night time (weekend). Metro: M3-Missori
-Brera: Bohemian and artistic atmosphere. Academy of fine arts, small shops, restaurants and bars. Metro: M2-Lanza
-Corso Garibaldi/Moscova: Nice shops and lively area. Metro: M2-Moscova
-Isola: Hipster area of the city. Vintage shops and interesting bars. Close to Monumental Cemetery. Metro: M5-Isola.
-Porta Nuova/Garibaldi/Piazza Gae Aulenti: Modern city center of the city (from 2010). Check Piazza Gae Aulenti-Bosco Verticale-Palazzo Lombardia. Metro: M2 or M5-Garibaldi
–Chinatown: The oldest Chinese community in Italy. Great asian food and where to fix your electronics. Via Paolo Sarpi/Via Bramante.
-CityLife: New shopping area of Milan opened in 2018. Metro M5 Tre Torri
-Porta Romana: (Via Muratori/Viale Monte Nero): Local restaurants and good prices. Metro: M3-PortaRomana
-Porta Venezia: (Via Melzo/Via Malpighi/Via Lecco)Many bars and restaurants, gay-friendly area
-Corso Buenos Aires: longest shopping street in Milan. Local shops and famous chain. Always really busy. Metro; M1-Loreto/Lima/Porta Venezia.
-Lambrate/Città Studi: Student area of the city. Some good breweries (See next page). Metro: M2-Piola
-Arco della Pace/Sempione: Good area for aperitivo
–Quadrilatero della moda: Extremly expensive shops and jewelries but worth a visit. Via Gesù/Via Borgospesso/Via Santo Spirito. Metro M3 Montenapoleone.
-Corso Como: Posh/VIP clubs and restaurants. Metro: M2 or M5 Garibaldi (look for Corso Como Exit)
-San Siro Stadio: One of the most famous stadium in the world. Visit it before the upcoming demolition
