Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservation is compulsory to be sure to have your slot for the free walking tour in Milan and to provide the best quality through limited number of people (when possible!). You can book from the moment we upload monthly tours till midnight of day before (unless we are already SOLD OUT). After this time we do not guarantee partecipation (Yes, sometime we sleep like you..zzzz..zzz…!)
Is my reservation Confirmed?
To register your partecipation we ask to fill a form. After that you will receive a message from google with details. That email is already the confirmation (no need to contact us). If you did not receive thie email please check spam folder or means you wrote incorrectly your email address.
How you are free?
Frog free walking tour Milan is a volunteer initiative, organized by local OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDES WITH LICENSE who li/o-ve here in Milano. We run free tours with the philosophy “pay what it’s worth for you”. Everyone can enjoy Milano as much as we do, whatever your budget is.
How many volunteer do you have?
We are a very small team who like to give you a friendly atmosphere and all best advices to enjoy your stay in Milano. We are ALL official tour guides, but also easygoing people that love this amazing city!
Do you pay taxes?
Absolutely, Yes! We pay taxes, social security and so on like all freelance official tour guides. We complete the invoice right after the tour.
How Long is the tour? How far will we walk?
The Free Walking Tour in Milan tour is around 2,5 hours (it depends from the size of group, smaller—>faster!).
Please be on time, better five minutes before. We do not wait latecomers! 😉
All tours are different from day before and day after! Surely we will cover ALWAYS all the main sights (Piazza Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza della Scala, Piazza Affari..) and many other hidden treasures…
In case of special days, exhibitions or local fairs we are ready to go out of our way! We will be walking for about 2.5 kilometers, with stops during the tour.
Do I need to bring anything?
We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes, carry a bottle of water and a BIG smile 🙂 In summer season (June-Sept) we suggest a hat and sunscreen, in winter season (Nov-Feb) warm clothes and umbrella!
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes it is!
Is the tour children friendly?
Yes it is! All children are more than welcome, anyway we ask presence of one adult.
Visitors are welcomed without any kind of discrimination.

-In case of strikes / bad weather conditions / demonstrations the tour can be cancelled
-All Tours starts with a minimum number of pax
